Lyrics:
Give me one cup of coffee, too many. Give me one cup o' joe, to see me through.
Be it perk or drip, espresso is hip, cappuccino, latte, guzzle or sip, I'll take one cup of coffee, too many.
Well it makes my heart go pitter pat, seein' that waitress comin' towards me like that.
Sittin' at the counter takin off my hat. Well I didn't need no menu when she said, "What'll it be?"
Took one look at her and said, "Whooeeee! I'll take one cup of coffee, too many."
I love the taste, I love the smell, I love the concept, cups and saucers as well.
I love the buzz, I love the jolt, That java bean hits me just like a lightning bolt!
Now some folks say I'm kinda jumpy, Talkin' fast, and dressin' frumpy.
I may be kinda jerky, definitely perky! But it ain't because I come from Albuquerque, no!
It's 'cause of one cup of coffee, too many. It was that one cup of joe that just put me right over the edge.
I was sad and tired, now I'm happy and wired.
Didn't cost me much and all that transpired was one cup of coffee, too many.

Based on a scene from Chapter 4 of Lewis Carroll's "Alice In Wonderland", this music video explores the social order of that magical place, in which The White Rabbit refers to Alice as Mary Anne. Hmmm.
A special thank you to all the illustrators who have helped us visualize that world over the years.

The music Houndog would have written for the title sequence of Hitchcok's "The Birds" if Hitch had asked him to...featuring Houndog on piccolo, flute and bass clarinet
Houndog's take on the opening scene of Hitchcock's "The Birds" featuring Houndog on flute, Dan Levine on trombone
Working with a rough cut of "Bourne Identity" that contained no sound other than location dialogue, this clip is an example of Houndog's composition, sound design and foley (sound effects) work.
Houndog's submission to the 2016 Marvin Hamlisch Film Scoring Contest. Contestants received the film with the original credits but with all sound removed. Houndog did the sound design, composed the score, played and recorded bass sax, flute, piccolo, alto flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, voices, edited and mastered the audio.
An original score written by Houndog for Matthew Chou's 2012 documentary film.
Little Bonsai used mine and Blue Jean Hughes' composition "Brooklyn Junction" in their promotion of their elegant little product called The Clip
